Billed monthly for a 12-month minimum commitment (RM 20,400 across the first year). Includes full ink and kiosk maintenance.
A flat annual rate once your first 12-month term is complete — same full maintenance coverage continues.
A full photo printing station set up at your venue for continuous, ongoing use — not just a single event.
Regular ink resupply from Magix so the kiosk is always ready to print, for as long as your rental runs.
Routine servicing to keep the kiosk running smoothly all year — our team handles the technical side.
RM 1,700 per month, billed monthly, locked in for your first 12 months on the kiosk.
From your second year onward, the rate drops to a flat RM 5,000 per year.

⚠️ Warranty and upkeep apply only to merchandise supplied by Magix. If the kiosk is used to print on any merchandise that Magix did not supply, its warranty and upkeep coverage is void immediately.
If this happens, you're still responsible for completing the remaining monthly instalments of your first 12-month term — but Magix will no longer provide servicing, ink upkeep, or warranty support for the kiosk from that point on.
From September 2026, long-term rental moves to one simple plan: RM 1,000/month on a 24-month term, with maintenance & consumables covered for the first 6 months.

Kiosk Rent is for a single event — a wedding, launch, or party — usually a few hours with a technician and merchandise bundled in. Long Term Rental is an ongoing placement at your venue on a monthly basis, with maintenance included but merchandise purchased separately.
A standard 240V power outlet and roughly 1m × 1m of floor space — the same setup requirements as our event kiosks.
Your rental continues at a flat RM 5,000 per year from year 2 onward, with the same full maintenance and warranty coverage — as long as only Magix-supplied merchandise is used.
The kiosk's warranty and upkeep coverage becomes void immediately. You'll still need to complete the remaining instalments of your first 12-month term, but Magix will no longer provide servicing or warranty support — maintenance becomes your responsibility.
