Each kiosk handles approximately 300 guests per day — that's our daily planning figure. For a 2-day event with 600 guests, one kiosk is still sufficient. For larger single-day events, we bring additional kiosks. Our quotation calculator determines the number needed based on your guest count and event duration.

We operate across Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery and travel charges apply for events outside Klang Valley — these are factored in automatically by the quotation calculator.

No — we handle everything. Just confirm your event details and provide a standard 240V power outlet and roughly 1m × 1m of floor space. We take care of setup, operation, and teardown.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak dates (school holidays, festive seasons, year-end). Check availability using our scheduler.

Our technician is on-site for the full event duration with backup supplies. In the unlikely event of a hardware issue, we carry spare equipment to minimise any disruption.

Yes — we can wrap the kiosk frame in your event or brand design for a fully branded look. Contact us to discuss artwork requirements and lead time.

No strict minimum, but packages are designed for events of 100 or more guests. For smaller gatherings, feel free to contact us and we'll suggest the best option.
