Check the calendar, choose your preferred event dates, and send us your booking request. We will confirm availability with you before anything is final.
Each date shows how many of our 8 machines are free. Full days cannot accept new bookings. Partial days still have machines available — you're welcome to enquire.
Select a start date, then an end date, and the full booking range will highlight automatically.

This form saves each booking request into your internal review sheet first. Dates only become unavailable on the public calendar after you approve them and add them to the availability sheet.
